Brandon- Senior Shoot

Months ago my dear friend Bonnie asked me to do her Grandson’s senior pictures.  I was thrilled- not only because senior sessions are my favorite sittings to do, but also because I simply adore Bonnie.  🙂  We met up two weekends ago out in Marcola to do pictures on Brandon’s family’s property and some other meaningful places to them.

This session will always stand as one of my all-time favorites, not only did I get to spend time getting to know Bonnie’s family, they were also gracious enough to ask me to bring my family, too.  🙂  This meant a lot to me because my kids rarely go with me on shoots and I love when they can be involved in something I love so much.

Brandon, I hope you and your family love your pictures!!!  Oh, and we absolutely loved the Halloween Card- THANK YOU!!  🙂

This picture just warms my heart.  🙂  I had the honor of photographing this little cutie, Addison, while she was in her Mama’s tummy and again when she was a infant.  Brandon and Addison are cousins and although they are years apart in age, they share a very special bond with each other.  So precious!!

This shot was taken at the Earnest Barn, we spent a long time here because soon this barn will be demolished.  😦

Love, love, LOVE the one above.  Personal fav!

This is a new secret photo spot for me- I just love it!

Brandon’s Grandpa built this covered wagon, along with a gorgeous carriage.  His Grandpa has some serious talent, I was in awe.  🙂  Thank you for allowing us to use both in some pictures!!

Cody- Senior Session

The Sunday before last I met up with Cody’s family and his friend Spencer’s family for a double Senior Session.  We went to the gorgeous University of Oregon campus- truly breathtaking!!  We were there for a couple of hours and made our way through some very cool areas that I had never seen before.  Cody was a lot of fun to work with- he is a little shy and just adorable!  🙂  We had a great time and joked around a lot- there was a lot of laughter going on.  Anyway- I hope you love your pics Cody!!

I will post Spencer’s pics soon, as well as some very funny photos of the two of them together!  🙂

This picture just makes me smile.  This was his Disco Pose- we all felt it was appropriate with the jacket.  🙂

Jamie- Senior Session

This past Saturday I had the opportunity to meet up with Jamie and her mom, Janelle (hope I spelled that correctly).  🙂  We had a lot of fun making our way from downtown Eugene to a local park.  Jamie was so awesome to work with!  She was so trusting and willing to try anything- including sitting in the ice cold river (that had cooled about 20 degrees from the weekend before!)  Jamie also has the most infectious smile and gorgeous eyes!  All around- just a great girl!  Thank you, Jamie, for an fabulous shoot.  I hope you love your pics!!

So, I just realized the two above images are posed almost exactly the same- Oops!  I still love them both!!  I assure you, we had several different poses on the train tracks- but I love the wind in her hair in this one…

Favorite pic of the shoot (above).  🙂

An icy cold shock.  Haha!  So cute!

Johnny- Senior Session

On Sunday I met up with Johnny for his Senior Session.  We started out at his High School, then made our way to his Baseball Field and we finished our session at Alton Baker Park.  Johnny was a lot of fun- about halfway into the session (after his worked her butt off trying to get him to smile) I told him he could do a serious pose and he suddenly gave me a genuine smile.  🙂  It was adorable!  I kept joking with him and telling him not to smile- which he would then grin.  Thank you Johnny (and Kathy) for an awesome shoot- I hope you love your pictures!

PS: No worries- no flip-flop shots were included in this post!!  😉

Hannah- Senior Session

Sunday I met up with Hannah, one of my AMAZING reps, for her Senior Session.  We stared out in downtown Eugene and then *tried* to make or way to Mt. Pisgah.  (I have been there before, but have only driven from my house)  Needless to say, I got us mixed up a few times and we had to turn around three times.  🙂  Oops!!  Haha!  Once we got there, it was smooth sailing and overall Hannah and I (and her boyfriend Tyler) had a great time!  Hannah- thank you for being such a great sport about it all- I hope you LOVE your pictures!!!

Shannon- Senior Session

I met up with Shannon last weekend for her Senior Session.  She wanted a downtown shoot, so we ventured out in good ol’ Downtown Eugene.  (It’s becoming my new stopping ground for shoots!)  🙂  While it was quite toasty that evening, we didn’t let the heat drag us down.  We covered a very large area in a short amount of time and got some amazing shots!  Of course, Shannon is a total doll, so it’s no real surprise that she takes a great photo- but she really is so charismatic and I think it shows in pictures!  (She also had some of the greatest outfits!)  Thank you, Shannon, for the great shoot- I hope you love your pictures!!  You were awesome to work with!!  🙂  Enjoy!

Kenny- Senior Rep 2009

Wednesday evening I met Kenny at Alton Baker Park for his Senior Rep session.  It was a gorgeous evening and the park was pretty crowded- which is quite typical for this popular park.  We managed to avoid people getting into most of our shots and wound up with some great portraits!  The first one cracks me up, because his sister and I were giggling at how shy he was being and then he looked at me and said, “What?” with a huge smile.  🙂  Needless to say, it’s one of my favorites, because it’s genuine!  Thank you, Kenny, for a great rep session!  I hope you like them!
