Two weekends ago I was asked by my friend, Sarah, to photograph her family on the U of O Campus. Year-round the campus offers an incredible backdrop for photographers, it’s one of my favorite places to shoot in Eugene. Although it really wanted to rain and tried to spit out a few a drops here and there, we managed to stay relatively dry and get some great shots! Thank you so much for choosing me as your photographer- I had a great time! I hope you love your portraits and had a Happy Thanksgiving!!

Brycen- Baby Session
When we found out that our good friend Ryan was going to be a dad, Jeff and I were thrilled for him. He is a great guy with big heart and the patience of a saint- he also happens to be one of Cole’s favorite people in the whole world.
We instantly knew that he was going to be a great dad- and we weren’t wrong.
I was so excited and honored when Ryan and Kendra asked me to take Brycen’s pictures.
Unfortunately, Brycen wasn’t really interested in being a model for us, but we did manage to steal some precious pictures of this handsome little guy.
Ryan & Kendra, I hope you love your pictures and I can’t wait to see all of you again!!
I’m Baaa-aaack!! :)
Sorry, Internet, I have neglected you. Between a three-week roller-coaster of a cold, back to back weekends of travel, family life, work life, and the upcoming Holiday- I’ve been super busy!!! Busy in a good way and a hectic way. I assure you there will be plenty of blogging in my future. I have several sessions to post and some personal stuff coming your way very soon.
Brandon- Senior Shoot
Months ago my dear friend Bonnie asked me to do her Grandson’s senior pictures. I was thrilled- not only because senior sessions are my favorite sittings to do, but also because I simply adore Bonnie.
We met up two weekends ago out in Marcola to do pictures on Brandon’s family’s property and some other meaningful places to them.
This session will always stand as one of my all-time favorites, not only did I get to spend time getting to know Bonnie’s family, they were also gracious enough to ask me to bring my family, too.
This meant a lot to me because my kids rarely go with me on shoots and I love when they can be involved in something I love so much.
Brandon, I hope you and your family love your pictures!!! Oh, and we absolutely loved the Halloween Card- THANK YOU!!
This picture just warms my heart.
I had the honor of photographing this little cutie, Addison, while she was in her Mama’s tummy and again when she was a infant. Brandon and Addison are cousins and although they are years apart in age, they share a very special bond with each other. So precious!!
This shot was taken at the Earnest Barn, we spent a long time here because soon this barn will be demolished.
Love, love, LOVE the one above. Personal fav!
This is a new secret photo spot for me- I just love it!
Brandon’s Grandpa built this covered wagon, along with a gorgeous carriage. His Grandpa has some serious talent, I was in awe.
Thank you for allowing us to use both in some pictures!!
Two weekends ago Jeff and I met up with the most adorable couple, Brittany and Derek.
As soon as I saw them walking up to us, I was excited! They were so precious, so excited and so in love. Brittany discovered me from my website, but once we started walking around the park and talking, we realized she went to school with my cousins. Oddly enough, she also went to prom with a good friend of mine- how funny is that?
When I decided to venture into Wedding Photography, it started out as just another reason to take pictures. I love my camera, I love the view from my camera and I love to see the world from behind my camera. I quickly realized how much I love Weddings- not in a 27 Dresses kind of way- I just honestly love what they symbolize. Love, honor, trust, eternity… Being asked to document and preserve a couple’s Wedding Day is so amazing. We cherish every minute of it, getting to know the future Mr & Mrs, capturing the chaos, the raw emotion and heartfelt vows.
Brittany & Derek- we can’t wait to get to know more about the two of you and celebrate with you on July 11th. We are so looking forward to your wedding and preserving your memories. We hope you love your pictures!!
